Absolutely excellent food the homemade noodle soup was to die for tasted just like mine. Also I had the walleye dinner and that too was excellent. The waitress was very friendly and on the ball I would return here anytime, be prepared to eat, you get more for your money, my family eats here frequently and they love the place. Good food and service!

Just got breakfast here....egg s way over cooked I ordered easy there extra well...bacon is burnt and and at least 4 hours old..toast is soggy...they got the potato right though.....I have ben a line cook over 20 years....gander blows now.....

The food was just ok as far as taste goes but there was plenty.

Great food and plenty of left overs. Really enjoyed eating here. The waitress was super nice evening though we came in 45 minutes prior to closing.

Great small town diner with great food and great service!

Upon arrival saw alot of cars and was a little worried about service. Waitresses were friendly and speedy. Food was served quickly. There were large portions for a good price. Will return for sure..........................................

Always good, never a bad meal or poor service.

I had ordered the chili cheese fries. The chili was nasty, the looks of it and the taste of it.. . But the staff was very accommodating, and had no attitude about me wanting to place another order. I reordered the Grander bacon cheeseburger with fries. Awesome burger. Server was very pleasant, food came out very quickly and it was hot and fresh. I would of gave this place a 5 star, but I was disappointed with the chili cheese fries, because that is what I really wanted.

Gander's Family Restaurant was great. Good food from a young businessman and businesswoman. Courteous and friendly staff, easy on easy off of 75 South.

Go here every weekend after church for breakfast. It's service is impeccably fast, and they don't forget to check up on you. The best part is the price. Our family of 5 can each have a meal under $50 with a fair meal size being an understatement. And of course, the food is good and fresh. My favorite local restaurant.

Absolutely a place worth trying, the food is good and well prepared, the costs are reasonable and it is regularly well kept there. Highly recommended.
